Please use On-Line registration module below.
Even if you are planning on attending an open registration session in person, you may still fill out the forms on line and select the Pay Off Line option in the payment cart. This will allow you to pay by check in person or via standard mail. Please remember, your check must be received for your registration to be complete. If your check is sent via USPS, a confirmation email will be sent upon receipt.
The only exception to completing the forms on line early would be if financial assistance is required. All requests for financial assistance must be done in person at an open enrollment.

Creating Account for Registration - Please Read
Click on Create Account on top bar. Use your name and not your childs for the master account, (childs name will be entered during registration). Afer completing the form, an email will be sent to your address to validate and activate the account. You must click on the link provided in the email to activate the account before moving on to the registration. This only applies for the first time you create the account. If email does not show up within a few minutes be sure to check your SPAM folder as the email may have been routed there.
Some Internet Providers such as USFamily.net routinely block all new emails and send a validation email for confirmation. As this is coming from an unmonitored mailbox, you will need to add no-reply@tstmedia and
no-reply@www.centennialbball.org to your safe sender list or temporarily disable your spam filter. Without taking one of these actions, the activation email may not reach you.
